Brožová-Knauerová Hana
9.3.1980 Litoměřice(CR) Since 2003 she has been a solo flutist of the Prague Symphony Orchestra FOK. A winner of numerous competitions, including the Concertino Praga competition (Prague), the Pearl Flute competition (London), European Music Prize 2000 (Hannover), Concours Européen de la Musique (Picardy), competitions Concours Léopold Bellan and Concours National du Jeune Flutiste (Paris) and Rottary Club Prize (Nuremburg). During her studies abroad, she had an opportunity to perform as a guest artist with the Ensemble Orchestral de Paris and the Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne.
Bruderhans Zdenek
29.7.1934(CR) Already in the middle of his Conservatorium studies, he became an Assistant principal flute of the Prague National Theatre. During his postgraduate studies he was appointed as a Principal flute of the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra. Grand Prize in the 1959 Prague Spring Festival International Competition of Woodwind Instruments. A recitalist and recording artist; as a soloist in concertos he played with nearly all Czech orchestras. International tours as a soloist in recitals and broadcasts throughout Europe, participation in festivals - Prague Spring, Brno, Czech Performing Artists, Czech Composers, Avignon and Cannes. He recorded all major works for the Prague Radio and his debut LP Supraphon recital was subsequently released by Colombia-Nippon and Connoisseur Records in the U.S. Teaching at a Musicpedagogic Institut in Sweden. Appointed as a residential artist at the University of Adelaide in 1973 [as a Lecturer and finishing as a member of professorial staff and Dean of Music] He played flute recitals, among others, for his Australian capitals, 1979 U.S. Carnegie Recital Hall and 1982 British Wigmore Hall debuts. Whilst in Australia, Z. Bruderhans undertakes regular overseas tours as a soloist in recitals, broadcasts and festivals - Janácek Festival, Prague Mozart Week, Festum Musicae, Saptamana Internationala a Muzici noi [Bucuresti] and Stratford Flute Festival. Another major Bruderhans’s interest is examination of musical communication and performance. These examinations resulted in the books, MUSIC, TECTONICS AND FLUTE PLAYING, published by Bruderhans, FUNDAMETALS OF MUSICAL PERFORMANCE, published by Florian Noetzel Verlag.

Jelínek Josef 30. 11. 1938(CR)
Von dem Jahre 1970 bis 1996 war er der erste Flötist des Sinfonieorchesters des Tschech. Rundfunks. Im Tschech. Rundfunk drehte er, als Solist, eine Reihe von Titeln der Werke aus dem 18. bis 20. Jahrhundert (Bach, Vivaldi, Benda. Blodek, Schulhoff, Ibert, Vieru usw.) Diese Werke führte er auch konzertant auf. Er war Mitglied einiger Kammermusikensembles: des Akademischen Blasquintetts, mit wem er den zweiten Preis in einem internationalen Wettbewerb in München im Jahre 1966 bekam. Weiter war er Mitglied der Ensembles Kammer(musik)harmonie und Sebastian Orchester, die von dem Dirigenten Libor Pe_ek gegründet wurden; weiter war er Mitglied und Solist des Kammerorchesters Musici da Praga sowie des Ensembles Ars rediviva, das sich hauptsächlich der Barockzeit widmete. Seit dem Jahre 1994 ist er als Pädagoge in den Musikklassen des Jan-Neruda-Gymnasiums in Prag tätig.

Seit dem Jahr 1992 ist er als erster Solo - Flötist des Staatlichen philharmonischen Orchesters Brünn und des Orchesters Czech Virtuosi tätig. Als Solist trat er begleitet von den Symphonischen Orchestern in Brünn, Hradec Kralove, Olomouc, Zlin und Teplice, konzertierte mit dem Orchester der Yehudi Menuhin Stiftung Paris, Suk Kammerdiener Orchester, Orchester Musici de Praga, Südböhmischer Kammerdiener Philharmonie Budweis, dem Mährischen Kammerdiener Orchester und Orchester Czech Virtuosi.In der Vergangenheit trat er bei vielen Konzerten und Festivals in vielen Ländern Europas, in Südostasien und Japan auf.Als Solist oder Kammerspieler konzertierte er bei Festivals in Bayreuth, Kuhmo, Malaga: Vitoria, Luçon, Saumur und auch in Prag, Brünn, Hukvaldy und Ostrava. Zur Zeit ist er pädagogisch tätig an dem Konservatorium der Evangelischen Akademie in Olomouc.

After graduating from the Charles University in Prague, where she specialized in Music Theory and the Interpretation Practice of Early Music, she studied flauto traverso with Wilbert Hazelzet at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. In 2003 she received 3rd Prize in the “2. Internationalen Telemann-Wettbewerb für historische Holzblasinstrumente”. Later the same year, she was awarded 3rd Prize in the duo category of the Munich “16. Grosser Förderpreiswettbewerb”. Concerts in prestigious festivals all over Europe and in the U.S.A. (Bachfest Leipzig, Tage Alter Musik Regensburg, Mozartfest, Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles, Pra_ské jaro, Svatováclavsk_ hudební festival, Europamusicale, Kuhmo Festival, Vantaa Baroque, Foligno Festival, Bozen Baroque among others). The artistic director of Collegium Marianum. A regular guest of other baroque music ensembles, such as Musica Aeterna, Amphion Octett, Solamente Naturali, Batzdorfer Hofkapelle. modern_times1800. She is also active as a teacher and she organizes workshops at the Collegium Marianum Centre for Historical Arts, she teaches traverso at the Charles University – Early music department of Collegium Marianum. She gives regular masterclasses at Janacek Academy of Music Brno, Valtice Summer School and Lizbark Warminski in Poland. Jana Semerádová has recorded extensively for the Czech Radio and Czech TV.
